Support experimentation initiatives (A/B tests, layout variations, messaging iterations) through fast and reliable front-end implementations.
Ensure all pages meet performance and accessibility standards.
Maintain consistency and predictability in design implementation while helping the design to continue to evolve.

Ability to transform rough wireframes into finished products and to implement design-approved assets into pixel-perfect final products.
Extreme attention to detail and speed of execution.
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and experimentation frameworks is a strong plus
Strong understanding of web performance metrics and how to optimize and maintain website performance.
